Really fun teams are great head office expect a lot with little wage budget. Good discount on product. New stock daily boxes really heavy Heavy operations and Vm tasks

I found Ally to be an extremely stressful work place.Customer service isn't even in the top 10 things on the days to do list. So much to do and change constantly, you often forget you actually have customers. Very unhelpful upper management.If you don't have an understanding regional manager you have no one.

Awesome team of Girls, Great regional manager.
Cons
Constant pressure, Unrealistic deadlines, No customer focus

its just like any other retail job, easy work, but no support and pay isnt great. expectations are unreasonable and upper management is very messy. whole company is disorganised

No support from upper management
Store Manager (Former Employee) - Adelaide Region SA - 9 March 2023
As a store manager, expect to receive absolutely no support from higher management - the only thing they care about is sales rather than team members well being. The job is ridiculously stressful with having to complete tasks in a unreasonable amount of time, especially when completing a full store visual merchandise every month. Do not get paid enough for this position, which also expects you to be at work 15 minutes early to open the store but is too stingy to actually pay you.
