Unfair Management
Dont have a good experienc in alorica. Dont like salary disputes and unfair management. You have to work on your own and learn on your own. Not to depend much on anyone.

Easy workload, flexible time, more ot up to 12 hours per day, Learning the job is easier that taking calls. And co workers were fun to work with , also for the team leaders who are so approachable and appreciative.
