Top down old school management style
Management at the level of decision making and change seemed to have lost touch with customer needs and business intelligence to stay relevant against competitors. Middle management do not seem to have a much or any influence, some have very outdated thought processes and sales /competitor knowledge. A great deal of internal frustration by the more competent or current managers and staff. Clock watching like a factory! Very closed to adopting new approaches and systems. Non-collaborative mentality- just "do as I say" attitude. Using outdated and/or ineffective technology in the sales space.
