Residents are lovely.

Workplace Bullying & Unethical
Con: The schedulers are very rude, unorganised and disrespectful. Amana Living don't take their reports seriously and you barely get any support or communication from your team leader unless you hassle them.Pro: The clients are wonderful The training was ok but some trainers have a lot of miscommunication.What would you say about your employer?
