Trying to do my job with severe lack of training.
Not being respected by anyone. Being ignored by regional when approached about managers bullying and not knowing who to talk to if you wanted to remain anonymous
After mainly working hospitality, customer servce always on my feet and moving, it was very strange to be sitting at a desk all day. Was a very different way of learning i may also add, normally i am hands on, but Amart is all computer systems.
Have currently been employed 6-7 months and am still challenging myself to learn something new each day.
Help job seekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
