The most useful review selected by IndeedManagement roles require very little skill and become boring quite quickly. Very limited progression opportunities. Sales team are pleasant and easy to manage.

Cons
not challenging, very poor IT systems, monotonous daily activity, poor company culture despite vision/values statements.

Despatch Manager (Former Employee) - Perth, Australia - 4 January 2017
i found it to be a great challenge as i was shipped their to fix the warehouse due to previous management.
upper management were difficult to get a grasp on the severity and the amount of time it would take to run at its most optimal level as they never worked in a ware house environment,
so there was alot of unrealistic demands but needless to say the demands were met with enthusiasm and success of a great despatch team
Pros
great team
Cons
no social life

Customer Service Office Assistant (Former Employee) - perth - 1 April 2015
Loved working at the company and almost every co-worker was hard working and easy to get along with.
A lot of customer complaints daily from telephone email and face to face and not always were we able to keep everyone happy.
The company needs to find much better way to resolve customer issues and control stock better to prevent this
