What are earnings estimates based on?

Earnings estimates are based on delivering a number of parcels across an estimated length of time (referred to as a block). We aim to ensure that the number of parcels you are assigned to deliver within your block is realistic, taking into account traffic congestion and the primary requirement to drive safely. However, the actual time taken per delivery may vary (because it could, occasionally, take less time or a little more time than expected) so the earnings per hour may vary.

work and pay conditions very poor

at first, it seemed like a pretty easy job, pick up and deliver. We even thought they consider your distance from home to delivery working your way back close to home. Then we discovered they send you anywhere without considering how long it would take you to get home. After driving for 8 hours then another 2 hours to get home. They could have some can of a system in place for those who live north...

Workplace is good but not good salary for van owner driver according to work they give and lot of stress job

Amazon is just listened to customers always and even customer did a mistake, the only blaimed to driver, very stressful job for van drivers and poor pay, i heard from another countries amazon is good but for drivers in australia is very weak and poor management ,They dont have solutions for drivers.
