It's exciting working for Amazon, and there is a great deal of autonomy. The difficulty, like any workplace is that there are a few bad eggs who don't live the culture that can make things difficult.

Good work life balance

started working here a few months ago, everything has been good so far lots of like minded people to share ideas with and also you can't forget the free coffee and snacks

toxic workplace & management

have never worked at a company so incredibly toxic, management was cruel and added extra responsibility to job with no additional pay constantly. refused to hire additional staff instead just forwarded on the work to the rest of the team.

Stressful experience with no room for personal evolvement

It was a biased work environment where groups and circles are formed there. The good is the continuing work because of the demand during covid 19 tough times .

Worst company to work for

Amazon do not treat their business customers nicely and I was abused for telling business owners Amazon's policies about not paying the sellers but sellers must still ship item to customer.
