Great long term staff.

A typical day at work starts with a coffee and a quick chat to your work colleagues. Counting in the till and starting up computers. Answering incoming calls as they start at around 8am. I learned in this job that you appreciate good staff members and those willing to help you when you need it.

Terrible Franchisee

I loved my job and was good at it. The franchisee at Gregory hills had no people skills for a sales role. Did not listen to customers, or his employees. I would not recommend working here. Be aware before applying. The Bosses are liars and will treat you unfairly.

Good company

Unfortunately the newly installed manager at Bundall has very poor people skills and no interest in the workers in his team. I enjoyed the job I had, but due to issues with the store manager that are beyond my control, I was layed off. All Amber staff I have met, including upper level management were good people and I would have no hesitation in working for them again.

Not an ideal employer

Not very understanding and has very little regard for their staff ; would not want to work there again - overwork staff sometimes with no lunch breaks. Also not very organized towards their customers and often has misleading information / incorrect orders.
