It's all Quantity over Quality, billable hours

The company provided horrible training, then dumped us unprepared onto a difficult and demanding client. Every day was crisis management, with sometimes hourly emails on where we stood on daily and weekly quotas, and pushing for more closed cases. Naturally, the quality suffered, the client found out, and the employees were blamed. When we thought management had seen the light, turns out this is their MO and it all started again. You will be assigned work that takes about 60-hours a week, denigrated, and feel isolated and stressed. About 75% of my work group quit in about a 4-month period. If this sounds good, go work for AMLRS.

Employeur qui prévoit des entretiens et ne les respectent pas. Manque de sérieux envers les candidats, la moindre des choses étant de prévenir. Cela montre certainement un mauvais management dans l'entreprise, je déconseille donc.

you can learn a lot of management controlling skill, you need to report on certain areas every week to several groups of management team.the meeting hours per week were over 50 hrs.

Self employed basis subsidise their business by paying all expenses yourself

2 pieces of advice. 1. dont work for them 2. If you ever decide to leave tell them your going on holiday so you still get paid what they owe you. If they know your leaving they will give you all the worst jobs then come up with a rubbish reason not to pay you. Disgraceful company with no morality whatsoever.
