Face paced, you learn quickly, however you get great training and buddies to help transition

Having worked at two different timeframes with AMP, I was lucky enough to know other management within AMP that made my working environment amazing the second time around.I had an option to work in two different states as well as remotely at the time. One of the best companies I've worked for.

Great place

Great place but has its flaws like any place.Pay is good. Work life balance is good. However, management and systems can be improved on majorly. This would aid in retention for sure.

Stressful, nagging work culture with no respect for work life balance

I will never recommend working there, if you are working in Technology team. Monotomous, stressful, nagging environment, always complaining, never give time to settle down. some managers expect you to work 50 hours a week or more, be available any time. Managers Don't like appreciate workout break during lunch time, even if you compensate staying late
