Wasn't the worst place

Given security during COVID, Catered to my personal circumstances as they chances, encouraged my motivation to progress
Fast paced environment that needs staff who can cope well with change.Yes early starts and late finishes (normal for shift work)Similar to hospitality for peak seasonsOvertime and penalty rates paid for staff not on salary contractsI started as a driver, worked the yards, was promoted to customer service, began supervisor style shifts and was promoted to management.I have been looked after during> my pregnancy nd looking after my son with my partner stuck overseas> with job security during COVID,>as I needed guidance in order to broaden my skills and work my way up in the company.No work place is perfect but I've been here for 3 years and intend to stay many more .Supervisor in Brisbane QLD
