25 questions about working at Anglicare
I’m currently on leave due to having a nervous breakdown due to work stress. I’m dreading going back as usual work load will be expected. Staff cuts have been implemented as well as one RN on duty. I’m going to need permanent counciling if I’m to stay there. The work load is both physically and mentally draining on all staff. I’m going to look at working at a hospital as there will be more patient to nurse ratio.

I left because of the toxic passive aggressive exclusionary schoolyard politics that impacted my mental health. Never experienced anything like it in my 20 years of working in the human services industry. Wouldn't recommend anyone take a job working with them.
