What would you suggest Anglicare management do to prevent employees from leaving?
Treat them better and value them as humans rather than disposable numbers that mean nothing to them.
I left because of the toxic passive aggressive exclusionary schoolyard politics that impacted my mental health. Never experienced anything like it in my 20 years of working in the human services industry. Wouldn't recommend anyone take a job working with them.
Anglicare management were always very fair & understanding in dealing with any personal staff issues.
