I left because of the toxic passive aggressive exclusionary schoolyard politics that impacted my mental health. Never experienced anything like it in my 20 years of working in the human services industry. Wouldn't recommend anyone take a job working with them.

So they say they have your back, and your work is valuable, Christ like. yet management continues to lie and employees are to remain hushed. The job description on commencement definitely false as your expected to work beyond your duties, when raising these issues with management at meetings, it’s ignored. They introduce an attractive salary on commencement then after probationary period , the salary package is reduced. Anglicareless!
