Great place to work if you have a good team, and the members are awesome. However, severely underpaid for the amount of work and hours you put in. I also feel that head office are behind the times in many ways. Money is way too strong of a focus from head office and the expectations of what to charge new members to join are ridiculous.

Great Community, however owners that did not care for the club made the role awful.

Not an awful role, loved to community and the job itself however higher management did poorly. The club was not up to standard by any means, pay was always late and commissions were never received.

Great members can create a really fun environment

Hours not suitable if you have a family, underpaid for what you do. Commissions promised but never received, micromanaged.

GENERAL MANAGER AND OPERATIONS (Current Employee) - Carlton VIC - 12 March 2018

Typically very good company to work with. All independantly owned. Owners are fantastic and understanding most of the time. As a manager there is autonomy but not completely which can disrupt managerial influence on the club. Overall great workplace.

Excellent place to work

Very friendly staff and flexible hours. The customers at the gym are all very polite and tolerate with the cleaning procedures. There is nothing as hardest as long as i put my mind to it. Flexible hours are awesome.

great place to workout and is in local shopping centre

the gym is easy to get to and is in a well positioned area, above the cafe and other shops so it is convienent for lunch brakes. the only problem is that it is not a large gym
