Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Assistant Manager in Anytime Fitness
An interesting company to work for but much is left to be desired.
Assistant Manager (Former Employee) - Atlanta, GA - 2 February 2022
The main problem with working for Eddie time fitness is that Each franchise owner has a different way to run their company company. There is no standard so no standard so some franchise owners are great while others do the bare minimum because they want to get all the money that's possible.
Pros
flexible hours
Cons
low pay. limited upward mobility

Keeping up with current fitness needs of the public is important
Assistant Manager (Current Employee) - Shreveport, LA - 20 November 2017
My overall view of Anytime Fitness, is the concept is good but maybe could use some adjustments as needs of the public change. Also need to pay employees based on overall experience. Difficult to make a living on part time hours and minimal pay.
Pros
Love the 24 hour aspect
Cons
more pay

Enjoyable workplace, terrible management
Assistant Manager (Former Employee) - Mississauga, ON - 2 April 2015
Work was easy to enjoy because of the coworkers I was surrounded by, but the management was not properly taken care of. I would not get paid on time, and barely any praise for my hard work.
Pros
My own office
Cons
Late pay/incompetent management
