Great place to work if you're into fitness. Everything was very reasonable. They celebrate all the major holidays in which memberships are greatly reduced and ends up being a fun environment.

Honestly,
I absolutely loved everything about working for Anytime Fitness. It is a great place to start at with sales and to learn great communication/personality skills, in that aspect but it truly depends on the franchise that you work under. The one I worked for was great and commission was a plus, especially if you're great at what you do. But unfortunately, some AF's don't offer health care and/or NO benefits at all.. This doesn't make an employee want to stay for long-term, which results in high turn over.. Overall it was a great learning experience.

Cons
No breaks, No benefits, No Paid Time Off or Holiday pay

I've enjoyed working at Anytime Fitness for 7 months, good experience, I met really good friends, good atmosphere and the benefit of a free workout everyday!
