Fun and stressful business to work at
AON is a really good business to work at it is a "go at your own pace" but still get your work done, it can get really stressful when your dealing with a lot of work at once. but at the end of the day it can be rewarding .

Never a dull moment working in the insurance industry ...
Enjoyed the variety of work although the company somewhat lags in the corporate world. Workplace culture is a mixed bag but some fantastic friendships made. Needs more dynamic leaders/managers who have a vision, especially in middle management. Unfortunately, some decision are governed by global head office. It required you to be more pro-active if you wanted advancement in your career.
