Great start to get into the recruitment industry, management can be flexible with negotiation involved, start rate is fine, paid for weekly lunches, career advancements always available.Environment is repetitive, always have to have multiple meetings to negotiate change working conditions, don't take what you say seriously until everyone resigns than decides to do something about it.

Pros

Paid birthday off, paid health day if you have no sickies, weekly pays, Free lunches, friendly environment, clean offices

Cons

Need more staff, need to break up the job titles instead of putting in all into one name and say go for it, everyone leaves at once than you hve to pick up the peices, no hybrid options, no worklife balance, have to work Monday to Friday, no outstanding perks or benefits only the simple stuff, the onboarding process is way too long

Productive and fun work place

Great work environment, dedicated and passionate team members, supportive management team, flexible work arrangement.The hardest part of the job is interviewing people on a daily basis but this is also the most enjoyable and rewarding one.

I have been working with APG Workforce for just over 2 years. I enjoy the people and the many challenges that arise daily. Every day is different, at times stressful but very rewarding.

Positive, productive and helpful place to work. Very family orientated company. Very understanding, sympathetic and obliging when ever you need time off. Always very informative about any changes that are put in place. Always thinking of new ideas to make my job better. Great incentives are put in place to help with morale Overall a very enjoyable work environment.
