Our corporate and support roles have moved to a remote working model as much as practicably possible, with many of our team choosing to continue to work at least part of their week from home. In our service centres, we operate with COVIDSafe practices, which includes limits on the number of people in our buildings and meeting/consultation rooms, hygiene signage, hand sanitiser readily available and temperature checks. We also shifted many of our face to face services to phone based, protecting the health of our people and our clients.
