APM are a good company to work for. The areas for improvement are in the team work. As a team we all have our strengths and weaknesses and I feel we could compliment one another if we majored where our strengths lie instead of all doing every aspect of the job.
Pros
Flexible working
Cons
More work than time

A Company that is centred around acheiving KPI Targets
When I first started working for Advanced Personnel Management I really enjoyed my job. I like attending to the needs to the clients and having a management team that supported its employees. It was an industry I had never worked in before and I learnt to much to list. All my co-workers were very supportive and I knew I was able to approach one of them should a manager not be available to speak with. The hardest part of the job was marketing clients to employers for potential positions and when new management took over 6 months ago having the KPI targets tripled. With this came a lot of pressure for all employees to perform and if underperforming they were micro managed and a performance review was conducted monthly until it was improved. The most enjoyable part of the job for me was being able to secure employment for my job seekers and knowing I had help to improve their life.
Pros
Improving Job Seekers lives for the better
Cons
Micro Management, Stress, Pressure, Large KPI targets

Even down to the review they tell you what to do rigged
Avoid this employer like the plague, APM is the worst place i have ever worked no real business ethics, don't really care about the real aim or purpose they are trusted with all they care about is the KPIs any one with morals would give this employer a wide birth
