Our Story

APM started in 1994 as a small team in Perth, Western Australia, looking to provide better vocational rehabilitation for injured workers so they could recover their health and stay in their jobs. We expanded across Australia by delivering services on behalf of federal and state governments including assessments for workers, older people and people with disability, and as a provider of employment services programs in every state and territory. Over the last decade we grew our businesses to reach more people around the world and partnered with governments and employers to deliver services in various ways dependent on local need, and always with the purpose of enabling better lives. Today we’re an international human services provider with more than 14,000 team members across 1407 locations in Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, United States of America, New Zealand, Germany, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Singapore and South Korea.
