On average, how many hours do you work a day at APM?

Our employment consultants work a 38 hour week, with hours generally being 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a one hour break (7.5 hours per day).
Scheduled 8.30 to 5pm often later or earlier as well. Management are flexible with work times i.e. if you have to start at 6 you can leave early if needed, 1 hour lunch break.
7.5 hours with either an hour or half an hour for lunch
