APM needs to listen to employee complaints and treat them seriously. They need to look at staff turnover, and staff exit interviews .. I was not given one. They need to treat people with respect.
Provide actual "leadership" training as opposed to Woolworths night fill style "bossiness".
Treat employees with respect, show genuine empathy to job seekers and act like humans.
APM should be more empathetic towards their staff and listen to their ideas.
