What would you suggest APM management do to prevent employees from leaving?

  • APM needs to listen to employee complaints and treat them seriously. They need to look at staff turnover, and staff exit interviews .. I was not given one. They need to treat people with respect.

  • Provide actual "leadership" training as opposed to Woolworths night fill style "bossiness".
    Treat employees with respect, show genuine empathy to job seekers and act like humans.
