You get to make a lot of friends around the world while working together. The customers are quite rude but you have your teammates to talk to if you get flustered.

not a cool place to work anymore. benefits aren't worth the weird rules you have to abide by every day (or the clout of working for aPpLe). the people who should be managers are leads and the people who are managers should be in the product zone (no shade to pz). the only positives are a set schedule and sick days if you need them (my experience).

I do not like how the store treats full time employment as something to be earnt over a necessity to pay for bills. Co-workers were nice enough, can get really cliquey

Great place to work

Management is very approachable. They encourage you to voice any concerns you may have and actually help you with them. Team dynamic is second to none, everyone is friendly, respectful and professional.
