A great place to work. The engineers are of a good standard, and everyone is polite and respectful. Excellent remote work setup and support.You generally work in a team of 5-15 people, so the organisation feels like 500 small companies joined together. The only downside is that the cloud infrastructure is vast and complex, so you will generally be involved with a very small piece of that.

Great perks and Salary, but is that all you need?

I worked in Atlassian for a year in one of the platform teams. Great, kind and smart colleagues. I learnd alot about development processes and micro services environment, and corporate politics. But after around 6 months got bored.The job itself was boring. You cannot change jobs when just hired under a year :(. Pure programming, no exposure to latest tech. have to use Altassian's in-house tools and libraries, minimal documentations, and the badly designed Fugue library for example.Perks are great, top salary, share options... If what you do is important for you, ensure, and ask them what the job is in details.

Work itself, sometimes inexperienced management, you will only program, barely any design, in-house tools
