Not a perfect workplace, but def the closest I've experienced.
I have been employed at Aussie Broadband for a bit over a year and during my time, I have been exposed to many opportunities to develop my career and learn new things. The people are what make this workplace so special, the culture is incredibly inclusive and supportive. Some of the roles don't offer competitive salaries compared to the rest of the market, but working somewhere I enjoy is much more important to me.No workplace is perfect, but Aussie is a company that genuinely cares about their staff.

Fast-paced fun!
Aussie broadband provides a fun and inclusive workplace. Staff are amazing and feel like a second family. Management are very involved and happy to help when needed.

A good foot in the door for telco in a relaxed enviroment.
Your typical day will be replying to emails to customers via your personal inbox alongside with taking inbound calls throughout the day.During the time you're not taking inbounds, you will be reacing out to customer via outbound calls which are typically done through warm leads.

Never seen so much leave in such a short time
I feel sorry for the frontline reps at Aussie BB, there is no formal training you’re thrown into the deep end. So as a result you naturally make mistakes and then begins the horrible cycle of being told consistently bad feedback about your mistakes. The vibe is very depressing and staff are constantly leaving, 5 people left in my department and I was there for only one month before I jumped ship. One of their values is no BS which is their way of consistently telling you about what you’re doing wrong. I feel sorry for the people that work there and glad I got out.
