From the first phone call, I felt like ‘family’ and felt so supported in every shift I worked, especially when I eventually ended up contracting Covid from a facility. The Aussie Locums team followed up on how I was doing, even sending me a fruit and veg gift delivery!Best organisation I’ve ever worked with!

Most Supportive Employer Ever

What a place!!! From start of interview and continuing have never had such great support. Everyone from Aussie Locums are absolutely fabulous, other employers should take note. This is how you should treat employees. Checked in within the first week of starting, making sure all staff where ok, and what was expected by our workplace. And at anytime we could call them 24/7.Even though at times very busy, was so happy to come back the next day and do it all again.

BEST nursing agency I have EVER worked with

Staff are brilliant, friendly, accommodating and so incredibly caring. I contracted COVID from an aged care facility I had worked in under Aussie Locums and the staff of AL called to check up on how I was and even sent a ‘get well’ box of fresh produce! Totally amazing!

Its not work when you love it.

I have worked for Aussie Locums since 2011 and the team is fantastic. Everyone is treated with respect and fairness and there is a great work-life balance.

Pros

You get a cake every year for your birthday, Free car parking. Mid year functions, Sensational Christmas Party.

Great work environment & amazing team!

What I love about Aussie Locums is the close-knit team and that we truly care about each other as well as our clients and candidates! We have a wonderful office space in beautiful Cairns which is very inviting and calming, therefore, is an enjoyable place to work every day. We are super lucky to have an extremely supportive manager as well as fun team activities such as annual Christmas parties in addition to birthday treats and anniversary celebrations. I feel valued and love having a laugh with the team!
