Mostly FunThe constant change in management affected my role and schedule. The roster I got given was too much to handle including the graveyard shifts. The work itself was good. Once again, my computer skills were enhanced as I was constantly facing changes in the system.

Fun workplace and awesome leadership staffEveryday is a fun and busy day on the job. It was an entry level job and it was my first ever job. I have encountered experience as a sales representative and strong customer service skills. The management team were so awesome and everyday on the job is productive. Not every day is the same when working as a sales rep and it is the most enjoyable experience I have had. The hardest part of the job is long hours for less pay.

Senior Customer Service Specialist in Gold Coast

Fun loving culture within the workplaceA day in the life of a Senior Customer Service Specialist is varied..but fun! Being responsible for a team of 6 is rewarding and challenging at the same time. Having a real respect for individuals as well as a clear understanding of our work load and being able to communicate clearly and concisely enables all work to be completed in a timely fashion. Work consists of taking inbound calls, processing agreements, completing daily reports and all other administrative duties required for our business to run like a well oiled machine. Management is reliable and can see the potential in all team members. The most enjoyable part of my job is knowing that my team trust in the decisions I make, and I know the business well enough to know that my decisions are always for the good of all stakeholders. The hardest part of my job is looking for opportunities to climb the corporate ladder and enhance my management skills further.
