Needs less management and more hands on staff Unfortunate that’s we’re all the money is going to pay the management area of the hospitals to sit in on meetings ect while the workers struggle with the limited staff to support each other through these tough times and low wages It’s about time management pulled there finger out and took less money or did more work to support staff members Wake up to your self and show some respect and dignity to the sick and the workers who get in and do there job on minimal wage and other staff members to help ease the load, thank you
