Employed as a Christmas casual based at alexandria. Most full timers there did next to no work but talked all day and took many toilet breaks. Management did not manage them well as productively was out the door. Employed a lot of casuals but slowly cut them by bullying them and accusing them off chit chat and taking long breaks but don't do anything with the permanent staff.
