Every thing had to be done in XX hours and this gave rise to us vs them within POST. The culture was prone to backroom gossip and generally unaddressed issues within staff e.g bullying and anger.

Friendly if a bit hectic at times. Most people are willing to help you out if you ask for help. It's a bit nerve-wracking not knowing how much work you have to do each day, and it can sometimes be a bit overwhelming, especially during the Christmas season. Luckily when I worked, they had cover drivers that could help out if there was too much parcels to deliver, all I had to do was ask.
