Great people, but not great management and tasking

Supervisors and managers are great to work with. Pay and progression flatlines rapidly after APS 6, and the work can be pretty dull as the fun stuff was all outsourced. Funding for projects is spotty at best.

Absolute boys club as a female I was given no career path. Very little respect. Very little support.

I loved my working for the Military however after 26 years I was just a number just someone who used to work for them.
