Is there a process that exists where frontline employees take their ideas or concerns to management in order to improve processes and procedures? If not, how is innovation and change monitored or made?They don't take our concerns or ideas . They don't car about their employees but only care about achieving performance to 95% above with high pressure work. Biggest issue is micromanage work culture which is very Negative.
