Formal application for permanent positions and/ or informal selection by higher management to selected staff to perform non ongoing temporary higher duties roles, backfilling/ training delivery etc
Very poor - you can act in a role for 2 years and then be judged as unsuitable for that position by AI in an automated interview process - the system is grossly flawed.

No promotion process. If you want to have a higher ranking job you have to apply for it or nominate yourself.
