Flexible and Supportive work place
I have been extremely happy working with this AHP. AHP not only offers flexibility but also a good work culture. The best thing about working with AHP as compared to my past roles is the flexibility AHP offers and allows us to work remotely which helps to balance work and personal life.

Very Unprofessional
Disorganised and very unprofessional. They very quickly started cancelling my shifts at very short notice (within days) because i was casual, and telling me that this never happens, but they had to give it to a permanent employee. i would definitely not recommend working here.

Not recommended if you are looking for casual agency
AHP has given me a lot of support and constant check on how I was going with my shifts and everything which was amazing. However, when it comes to management for myself it was hard to find it as a casual agency as you had to work 3-4 days a week. Also if you start an unscheduled shift with the facility, it will be very hard to be paid if you don't speak it up and chase up with it. I just left AHP with not being paid extra 2 hours which I have mentioned to one of the team members. If you are a member looking for jobs as really casual where you just expect to pick up shifts from the app when the schedule suits you, it needs another consideration as the expectation is to work 3-4 days a week. But, at the same time, if you are available 3-4 days and have car, AHP provides numerous shifts where you are free to do doubles, better pay than other agency and the team itself has great connection that constantly reach out to you and check on you.

Great, supportive company
I have only been at AHP for 4-5 months now and I am very pleased with my move. I moved over to AHP from a major competitor and have not looked back - the support, the culture, work/life balance and the flexibility are second to none.

Fun workplace which offers the work life/balance I'm after
Absolutely love working here, great team, so much fun. Our CEO looks after us, you work hard and party even harder, all at his expense, he cuts no corners. Being a mum I needed the work/life balance and flexibility to work from home or work less hours, and this is exactly what has been offered to me here. I cant ask for a better work environment/culture.
