The worst place I have ever worked at !!
Avoid this place. The culture is terrible, the communication is appalling. They are all about churning and burning you out. They place enormous pressure to mark assessments, then often take weeks late to pay staff. They expect so much from staff, but don't reward for it. Underpaid, overworked, stressful environment, rude head office staff, disrespectful students with LLN issues.

Positive and Inclusive Culture
Definitely a wonderful place to work each day with values, purpose, and in a friendly environment. The CEO, management and the Leadership team are so open to suggestions, ideas and other peoples experiences to achieve and strive for the greater outcomes. Their decisions are student centric and they genuinely care about their students and staff. Trainers are very passionate about their industries and want the best for their students.

work place is not supportive
I worked here a few a couple of years ago. The whole place is run by young guys who only care about money. Lack of decent management so the place is disorganized. Office staff can't speak English so it is a mess.Poor resources, long hours, and bad pay. I would not recommend working here. And if you do, don't put it on your resume, as it is an embarrassment.
