Worst company culture ever experienced

Organisational culture was woeful. The systems are not equipped and simply unprofessional. The executive team need to be made accountable for ignoring the obvious and driving out the whistle blowers.

Enjoyable Workplace

I had a lot of fun, learned alot about cross-selling and being fast while be accurate.
The toughest part of the job was occasional, being no slow time to allow for a lunch break, and also in these days not being allowed to finish early to make up that break.

Great location, stable job

I enjoyed contributing to the development of my team and creating systems and processes to improve efficiency. Working at the bank was at times challenging because of internal politics and unreasonable stakeholders.
