terrible franchisees
I worked in 2 different locations (both franchised by different people) and both were the same. Treat staff terribly and don't pay you for mandatory training sessions. Managers have favourites and they get all the good opportunities even if they are under qualified. Also the biggest red flag is there is no HR. either with head office or individual franchises. One of the locations I worked at does ...

toxic management style
Franchisees at the carindale clinic were awful! And after complaining to head office I’ve still gotten no support. Would not recommend this company if you want to keep your passion for the industry. Training is reluctantly paid for, and you may need to travel over an hour to attend training. Managers are encouraged not to be friendly with staff, and therapists are treated as disposable

My experience wasn't the best, it is a fast paced environment and I wasn't been trained. They threw me in the deep end without sufficient training and then complained that I wasn't picking it up fast. They wasted my time and I took a pay...

Fun and energetic place to work
There’s great opportunities to earn commissions but it’s hard to build your clients from the bottom. Very friendly team to work with and very helpful. Computer systems are challenging and slow.

Turned me off this industry and the management was never good, went through about 3 different managers in 4 months and all of them never did their job properly and left all of us technicians doing their job work load every ti...
