I went for my interview years ago so things might have changed since then however it was like:

Step 1 - was an initial interview
Step 2 - was a writing example
Step 3 - was a computer test - data entry

I was not going for a call centre position so it may be a little different for that but it would be something along those lines I would think.

Video interview is just like a normal interview where the people asking questions are sitting at remote location. Need to just focus on the question and reply accordingly. There is no need to be nervous about this .

Company culture is rather poor. Managers would rather promote their pals rather than recognise the hard/good work of others.

The pay is horrid. I was told numerous times we were getting paid 10 dollars less than those employed by the ATO.

They pretty much try to scare you straight away into submission, either do well or you are out. They left such a bad impression on me from the first day.
