Understaffed at every level. Care Workers burning out due to long hours of physical and mental demanding work. Serice Co's stressed with too many clients to manage. In the new Disability Services team there is a lot of collaboration around the customer. The training and development pathways are really good. The EBA is quite generous and especially for out of hours work. A lot of flexibility regarding the time s you work.. Back up and support especially when you are sick.
