this company was excellent to work for, these days there is a lot of stress even though the company motto is No Stress. thing are not the same, even though they work on a Bonus system the company struggles with people who don't care, trying to get them to do the right thing results in them leaving without notice making it harder for others

Thanks for your feedback, it is greatly appreciated and will assist us to make improvements to ensure that all team members working together, focused on the best outcomes for everyone. We understand the importance of teams, everyone shares the load so that one team member does not do more or less workload than any other. You will be pleased to know that a number of bad actors have been moved on and we have noticed our team culture majorly improve back to its former glory.

A place that will push you to your limits

If you are up to both challenges and growth, then this is the organisation that you are looking for. The mentors will push you to your limits making you do and think the things that you have not imagined that you can. The hands on training will make you develop your skills critical thinking, adaptability and attentiveness to details.

Employees are supporting and we love each other as family.

I have learned a lot from my superiors. They have pushed me to be a better me. The management has different ways of how to manage and teach each and every one depending on their specific way of learning.

Easy going, customer/team focused with great incentives

Great hours and rewards for effort.Management is open to feedback and always improving systems/procedures to get the best outcomes for everyone.Shifts are fairly standard and usually you can go home as soon as you finish your run, but you get paid for the full days anyway, plus bonuses for any extra efforts.Sometimes you get a break from driving on a Monday and can mix it up a bit doing other tasks or helping in the yard.Usually you have the ability to swap between driving and jockeying, and can change which runs you complete if you get bored or want a change. It is a very team oriented place with everyone working together to get the best outcome for the customer, the company and the team. The vehicles are well maintained with any issue being repaired as soon as possible and routine maintenance being carried out every week. They have in house systems on ipads which makes it really quick and easy to complete reports, runs, and notify management of any issues.

Pros

Rewards Based Bonus Structure and Team Environment

Cons

The odd "bad apple" team member or customer

Not a good place

Only good for short term employment. Long term is a total waste of time and it is dead end job. The manager handballs his or his sons work to other employees

Pros

Cant think of any

Cons

Even though you will be hired as a driver, that isn't the case. You will be a yardie every monday doing the managers jobs

Thanks for your feedback, it is greatly appreciated. We understand that when it is identified that a team member does not have the best interests of the team at heart and doesn't respond to guidance and training, you may end up not progressing in your role as you may have liked. Not everyone is suited to every role or every company and we try our very best to not hire unsuited applicants to join our team to begin with, though sometimes they slip through. We have majorly modified our application process to ensure we minimise the chances of bad actors being employed in the future. We understand from your review that it was your opinion that the Manager was "handballing" his work to you. We call this delegation and team work and can assure you that Management provide just as much assistance and support to team members in return. We reserve Mondays for vehicle maintenance and repairs and to offer drivers that want a change of atmosphere the opportunity to take a break from driving on this day. The option to complete a run on Monday's is still available, however we find some drivers choose to work in the yard but then do not want to complete the work available. We hope this has helped to clarify any concerns that you have had and we wish you all the best any future roles.
