The most useful review selected by IndeedIt had just been restructure massively and high management started to leave the company. Nice team of people but management has a traditional insurance tactics. Not keen for the real change managements and other Job related enhancements. Only focus on retention and acquisition stat numbers. Too much data driven company and expects a lot more from you in return.

Poor Leadership and Management

Avant does not have any training programs in place there management team does not have any operational or strategic planning. Slow to make changes to processes and systems. Management team are not effective
There is not support to employees from management or HR
Cons
Long hours with no rewards. The culture of the workplace is terrible
