Unsupported, underpaid
Management changes alot. Alot of pressure put on all the nursing staff. Personal carers expected to run shifts alone and give meds. Toxic workplace. Only a matter of time until there's a serious incident. PC's should not be allowed to give any meds. Let alone unsupervised. Short staffed frequently.
