Generally working a 9 hour day, fast paced with a very knowledgeable team. Waterproofing and building construction can always be challenging at times. You need to be a problem solver to work here not a problem maker. If you work hard the company will benefit you in many ways.

Management terrible

I was a technician at AWS for a few months the management had minimal experience in waterproofing very office driven company with company cars and benefits going to the office staff and not the workers who needed the tools vehicles. The other waterproofer a with knowledge were great guys and could have cut the office costs in half and given decent quality of work with good direction but we’re never taken seriously so went to companies that did

Need your car need your tools need sometimes to even supply a brush due to lack of manegment it took 2 months to get role frames. You have to spend 2hrs a day at Bunnings due to manegement not organised. You see workers come and go in this company don’t be shocked promise 7 days work you be lucky to work 3 days a week.

Don’t bother... in Sydney

Friendly work mates and staff, but working with this company everything you learned about waterproofing just chuck it out the window because this Sydney company do the complete opisit. I started work in mid March left August because of no constant work flow and company asking for a lot and you get giving a little. Had not have a chance to review till now as it always cross my mind everyday. This company needs waterpoofers manegment team without one no jobs in Sydney will last without a leak. Good luck aws Sydney if there’s anything I learnt it be just do the job the way we say even if your educated to do it the correct way.
