    It’s.. okay
Cons:- Long hours, no breaks. - One of those work environments where you can’t complain about something without your work schedule being affected.- Aggressive customers.- Expected to do heaps of tasks even when it’s really busy, no excuses.- Overall stressful.Pros:- Friendly customers- Good work experience.

    Horrible
Management is toxic and love a power trip, they forget they’re just management for a petrol station.. the people you work along side with are generally pretty good

    Productive and challenging workplace.
I find the role at BP to be a great variety of challenging but rewarding roles. It's fast paced busy environment can be a challenge to handle sometimes but is rewarding when you know you have helped brighten up someone's day.

    Busy workplace
Always busy and a lot of tasks to complete each shift, management were horrible and would put employees down rather then helping them. Pay was good and the hours were good, no store discounts only got free coffees. The other staff were mostly good to work with but there were a few nasty employees too.

It paid some of the bills.
Depending on the current store manager their was little they could do when head office didn't care about the work of the staff in the stores. Promises of increased hours never happened, usually they took hours away instead. No official breaks during 8hr shift and afternoon and night shift went hours solo on site with no option to close store.
