Ok job
Pay is below average. Expectations can be high. Some staff are good. Others not. Hours good as long as your staff are reliable. If not your expected to cover them if no one else turns up even if you worked all day already. Longest shift i did was 18 hoursExpected to work longer to get your things done. On call 24/7. Rest of the job is easy.
