Fun workplace but micro managed

Job itself was very easy going, stressful at the start because they throw a lot of information down your throat, managers and area managers are constantly micro managing staff and have trust issues. Not a lot of career progression

Good. Customers are a bit cranky and want everything for free. Other than that it's a good place to work. Lots to learn but worth learning. Earpiece is annoying.

Can be very rewarding, pay is decent and most managers are very helpful. Customers can obviously be a bit difficult, especially when some are hormonal (you get that in most workplaces though)Only downfall of the job is them not having enough hours to give their workers
