Never asked, but very much doubt it. the job involved handling large weights of dough, and face nails would easily get damaged or leave residue in the food. jewellery (aside from wedding bands) aren't allowed.

No. You cannot have any nail polish on of any sort. Cannot have jewelry on, necklaces, rings, bracelets, large earrings. Hair must be worn up at all times and correct uniform must be tidy.
