I can only comment on afternoon shift as I only worked that shift(17 years). I enjoyed working there generally. The people I worked with were good. The management staff left a lot to be desired. very out of touch with their employees

Good location, friendly staff and great place to work.

I've been with them for long and gain a great experience from it. Safety is very important and take it seriously. Great work environment with good people.

Productive and good crew of people

Hard and hot work with mills and extruders all working at high temperatures Management not to be trusted, all co workers were good Hardest part of Job was Banbury most enjoyable - going home
