The management staff don't care about the clients but about getting more bonus and they consider the clients are numbers only.

The assistant manager and scheduling staff are super unorganized and works on favouritism. They allocated some relatives and friends staff with a lot of extra shifts while others struggle to get work. They have one of the worst system and they feel like they have a family bussines.

Courses to help with CSE position include - Certificate III and Certificate IV in Home & Community Care - Standard TAFE cost to be paid.
Current First Aid Certificate is required - Cost varies depending on what facility you attend. Baptist Care do offer ongoing free in house training.
